Established in April 2001, the IT&T division is a specialist contract, permanent and fixed term hire recruitment business which has delivered services to some of the world’s largest companies.
The division is structured into three core Practices. Strategically this enables us to focus on a network oriented approach to sourcing the best passive candidates. Each of our Consultants has an in-depth understanding of a thoroughly researched area of market which ensures a highly effective and efficient approach to networking amongst IT professionals.
Overview of strategic Practices:
ERP, BI/DW and CRM
Dedicated to meeting the needs of the ERP, BI/DW and CRM community through complementing all stages of the implementation process. Our recognised branding in this sector has led to many major recruitment partnerships in the Asia Pacific region. We continue to align ourselves with organisations where quality is the number one priority. We have had strong success in delivering contract and permanent candidates with either SAP, Oracle E-Business (PeopleSoft, JDE), Cognos, SAS or Hyperion technology experience.
Development (SDLC)
The Development (SDLC) Practice caters for the Application Development area and covers roles ranging from Analysis, Design and Architecture through to the final stages of the testing process. Critical roles including Project Management and Business Analysis also fall within this area. Demand for individual and project team solutions has meant that as an organisation Genesis now caters for a much broader cross-section of roles within the IT&T sector. Our consultants in this Practice specialise in Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers, J2EE, .NET Framework and Web (PHP, Ruby, Android and iOS) developers.
Infrastructure
Our Infrastructure Practice has successfully assisted many large organisations in building more robust, secure network and operational environments. Heightened concern surrounding network security and significant increases in the number of roles related to Cloud computing has led to excellent growth in this Practice. Many companies are now planning to migrate data centres to the Cloud and this will become a particular focus in the years ahead. The main areas of specialisation include Security, Cloud computing, Storage, Backup and Virtualisation.
Each of our specialist consultants has proactively established a Talent Community within the IT market.
